1. We provide retail education and training
As well as providing structured on the job training, we have developed a range of courses with the Retail Institute of NZ that have not only been structured to provide our staff with technical skills, but also to teach them life skills. These courses are sponsored by our business and majority of fees are covered for selected participants.

2.Part time work
If you are at school, a busy parent, or seeking extra income, we have part time hours available. These roles are available across a range of stores in NZ. Mainly Sales Assitant roles. Along with on the job training, we provide structured education opportunites, training and coaching to help our prople be better skilled.

3.Pay rates
We believe in looking after our staff. For this reason we pay competitive rates of pay.

4. Promotional opportunities
One of the best things about having 90 stores across New Zealand is that we are able to provide our staff with significant transfer and promotional opportunities. So when you work here you are truly able to go places.

5. Family friendly and flexible workplace
We are a seven day a week business. However, we believe that happy staff are productive staff. We do our best to accommodate the responsibilities our people have outside of work - including flexibility in setting roster hours.
